Tasty food, perfect and exceptionally nice location in stunning gardens. Also - not far from a quiet area and beautiful surroundings, other restaurants and shops and the Beach Club in the centre of Holetown.

Never had a better trip previously, everything was amazing. The location was perfect, at a medium distance from Chattel Village. The hotel was in a very relaxing area. Enjoyed beach bar and its soft drinks.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect: a big supermarket and a local supermarket were within walking distance. The staff was welcoming, pleasant all the time. Our trip was great, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Every time we stay in Saint James, like to stay here. Perfect, clean place, worth its 3 stars. The staff is affable and accommodates all of guests' needs. The suite overlooks swimming pool and includes a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good for breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very nice, with a beautiful beach within a short walk. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. The hotel had a great happy hour in the afternoon, with affordable prices and a nice selection of drinks.

The room was a nice size with an outside terrace and bedroom gbp 150. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was local to satisfy everyone. The setting was prime and secure, near a quiet area and beautiful surroundings, shopping centre for upmarket shops and Lime Grove & Holetown. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Burger King to relax and grab some food...
